Rosebella is an adept communications specialist, with interests in research, research uptake, policy communication and sustainable development initiatives.
She is a Programme Officer – Research Uptake at the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR). Her role is to coordinate Research Uptake activities deliver research uptake initiatives and build visibility for the African Cities Research Consortium (ACRC) programme across the 13 foundational Cities. Working with country-specific African city teams, Communication Leads from University of Manchester and Research Uptake Lead, she’s working to synthesize research findings and evidence for policy makers, communities, and stakeholders to access, evaluate and use.
Currently, Rosebella is a PhD, student at the University of Nairobi. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Public Relations from Moi University.
