Biography

Rose is a Programme Officer- Research and Policy Uptake at Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR). Currently, she is coordinating  African Youth Pathways to Resilience and System Change (AYPReS) programme that is focusing on Youth Employment in 10 African countries. Prior to this, she  successfully   implemented Accountability for Water (AFW) programme in 6 African countries focusing on water governance.

She is a DAAD scholar who holds a Master’s degree in Educational Research from Moi University and a BEd. Arts (First Class Honors) from Moi University. Currently, she is pursuing a second Master of Science degree in Geomorphology at Kenyatta University (awaiting final defense). She is an experienced researcher with 10 years’ experience in coordinating projects focusing on education, health, climate change, peace, youth employment, WASH and policy uptake.

Prior to joining PASGR, Rose worked as a Research and Publication Officer at African International University (AIU) where she successfully coordinated the implementation of research programmes and portfolios.
